What can I expect from executive coaching?

You’ll get a customized leadership plan, actionable feedback, and the tools you need to grow both personally and professionally.

What is executive coaching?

Top athletes have a coach, why not you? The reason is because we can sometimes be our own worst enemy. You able to execute amazing things for others and your company, but when it comes to promoting yourself and having a clear plan to success, it does not happen because you put yourself last. As a coach, I work with you to set your goals, break them into smaller milestones and then keep you accountable over time to reach them. 

Why did you start this program?

I really enjoy working with other and seeing them succeed. However, when I looked into coaching for myself, I noticed that most coaches have little to no experience in my field or achievements. Most coaches can say that because they might have taken an online course on “how to be a coach” or life coach. This is not helpful. You need someone who has been where you are and where you need to me. That’s me.

How much does it cost?

This depends on a number of factors including the time that you need. However, a standard engagement for a senior executive starts at $1,000 per month.

How many clients do you work with?

I am only working with a handful at any one time.
